Tundish Quick-Change Nozzle: What Buyers Should Confirm

A tundish quick-change nozzle is bought so the caster can change the metering piece with less stoppage. The price only makes sense if the new piece fits the assembly you already have.

Confirm the bore, the plate or block size, and the length that seats in the changer. NUOHENG does not publish a guessed mechanism size. Send the existing nozzle drawing or the assembly dimensions.

The refractory numbers on this product follow the tundish nozzle TDS: alumina outer body, Al₂O₃ 75% typical, and the insert typical ZrO₂ 96%. If you need the dedicated insert specification, use that sheet separately.

Bores on the TDS still run from 10 mm to 16.5 mm. Write the size you need to replace and the plant country, including Europe, the United States or Brazil.
