Tundish Nozzle Replacement: Drawing and Dimension Checklist
A tundish nozzle replacement fails when the new piece matches the chemistry but not the seat. Use a short checklist before the order.

Write the bore. Write the overall length. Write the largest outside diameter and any step or taper the drawing shows. Mark whether the piece is a plain tundish nozzle or a quick-change tundish nozzle. Attach the drawing by email or WhatsApp. The website form has no file upload.
If two drawings exist, say which one is on the caster now. A bore of 14 mm on an old drawing and 14.5 mm on the current drawing are different nozzles.
